Touch. Hear. See. Feel. This November, Workspace Design Show returns to RAI Amsterdam, Hall 5 with the theme Activate the Senses — transforming the exhibition floor into a vibrant journey through sound, light, texture, and space.
This November, Workspace Design Show (Wednesday 5th to Thursday 6th November 2025, RAI Amsterdam) doesn’t just ask what the workplace should be; it lets you feel the answer. Across Hall 5, five of the Netherlands’ most creative design studios have turned conversation into atmosphere, theory into tactility, and workplace talk into spaces you can smell, hear, shift and claim as your own.
Registration is now open for Workspace Design Show, Europe’s most essential workplace design event, taking place on 5–6 November 2025 at RAI Amsterdam. This year’s theme, Activate the Senses, invites attendees to experience the power of sensory design in shaping how we feel, focus, and function in the workplace.
Following its successful launch in 2023, Workspace Design Show is set to make a powerful return to the Dutch capital from 5 – 6 November 2025 at the RAI Amsterdam. As the UK and Europe’s leading exhibition dedicated to workplace interiors, the Amsterdam edition will bring together the most creative minds in architecture, design, occupier strategy, and sustainability to explore how we can create more effective, inspiring, and future-proof working environments.
Public and private spaces are being redefined through thoughtful, sustainable design, and two recent projects showcase this transformation beautifully: the Town Hall of Roeselare and The Brain Ambassy in Antwerp. Each project demonstrates how innovative furniture can elevate spaces by merging aesthetics, functionality, and environmental responsibility.
Following its hugely successful debut in October 2023, Workspace Design Show returns on 5 - 6 November 2025 at the RAI Amsterdam, bringing together industry leaders, visionaries, and top brands to shape the future of workspace design. With over 6000 visitors, 120+ speakers, 800+ exhibiting products, and an array of engaging features, this year’s event is set to be bigger and more inspiring than ever.

The inaugural Workspace Design Show held at the RAI Amsterdam from 11 – 12 October was nothing short of spectacular. With a vibrant atmosphere, innovative workplace designs, and an impressive lineup of speakers and exhibitors, it left an indelible mark on the industry.
