This November, Workspace Design Show (Wednesday 5th to Thursday 6th November 2025, RAI Amsterdam) doesn’t just ask what the workplace should be; it lets you feel the answer. Across Hall 5, five of the Netherlands’ most creative design studios have turned conversation into atmosphere, theory into tactility, and workplace talk into spaces you can smell, hear, shift and claim as your own.
With hybrid work now the norm, today’s offices must offer more than desks and devices — they need to feel like destinations. Tom Wallace, Global Workplace Design Lead at Foundever, shares how thoughtful, human-centric spaces are key to engaging teams, building culture, and transforming the office into a true community hub.
What began as a vision to transform an underused inner garden evolved into a dynamic, multifunctional space designed for connection, creativity, and well-being — reflecting the evolving needs of today’s professionals who value flexibility, community, and authentic experiences.
Dynamic working requires dialogue and encounters – rooms that enable flexibility as well as intermediate spaces. Understanding the office as a space of potential and designing these exciting interfaces is not only important to us, but also to Beiersdorf, for whom we developed a global workplace strategy in close collaboration with company employees.
