The second edition of Workspace Design Show Amsterdam returned to RAI on 5 – 6 November 2025, bringing together Europe’s workplace design community for two vibrant days of ideas, inspiration and meaningful connections.
Building on the success of its debut in 2023, this year’s event set a new benchmark for engagement, experience and exhibitor satisfaction, reaffirming its place as the region’s leading platform for workplace interiors.
A record-breaking year
- 5000+ attendees across two days, including architects, designers, specifiers, developers and corporate occupiers from 65+ countries.
- 150+ exhibitors and brands showcasing the latest in furniture, lighting, acoustics, flooring, and technology.
- 140+ speakers and 35+ sessions across three content stages: the Occupiers Forum, Design Talks, and Workplace Experience Talks.
- Visitors represented over 65 countries, with the strongest attendance from the Netherlands (77.5%), Belgium (5.6%), Germany (2.8%), and the United Kingdom (1.6%).
The event theme, “Activate the Senses” transformed Hall 5 into a multi-sensory experience. From immersive feature lounges designed by leading studios to interactive installations celebrating light, texture, and sound, every space invited visitors to re-think what a workplace can feel like.
Exhibitors report outstanding ROI
Exhibitors described this year’s edition as their most productive yet, noting both quality of leads and depth of conversations:
“If I had to describe the show in one word, I’d say effective. It’s a great platform where the market meets architects, very efficient, very productive and a great opportunity to build new relationships in a short time.” – Konig & Neurath
“Over the past two days, we have been at the Workspace Design Show, and it’s been a great experience. We have met several important architects, interior designers, and clients, it’s been wonderful to reconnect with our network and engage with so many familiar faces.” – Tarkett
“What I particularly like about this show is that it’s not a typical trade fair focused on product displays. Instead, visitors come for the panel discussions and high-quality speakers, and that raises the level of conversations and connections across the event. Also, the quality of people visiting is excellent; you meet architects, clients, and our partners at the stands and during the panel discussions. There’s a real sense that something is happening and developing from this event, which is fantastic.” – Vitra
An evolution from the first edition
Compared to the 2023 launch, the 2025 show saw significant growth across every metric: higher attendance, more international participation, expanded content and a stronger design narrative.
- 2023 edition: 2500+ attendees, 44+ visiting countries, 80+ exhibitors, 100+ speakers.
- 2025 edition: 6000+ attendees, 65+ visiting countries, 150+ exhibitors, 140+ speakers.
The introduction of curated features elevated the visitor journey while new networking activations drove tangible business outcomes.
Organisers’ perspective
“We wanted to create a show that truly activates how people experience design, to make visitors see, hear and feel ideas come to life,” said Charlie Bark-Jones, Co-Founder of Workspace Design Show. “Seeing the industry respond with such energy and enthusiasm in just our second Amsterdam edition has been incredible.”
Looking ahead
Following the overwhelming response, the next Workspace Design Show Amsterdam will take place in November 2027 at RAI.
With exhibitor rebookings already under way and growing interest from new European markets, the 2027 edition will build on the momentum of this year’s success.
