Workspace Design Show Amsterdam

Innovative Ideas and Artistic Expression Converge at the Workspace Design Show

Discover a unique event experience that transcends the boundaries of artistic inspiration at the upcoming Workspace Design Show, taking place from 11 – 12 October at RAI, Amsterdam. This event will bring together the Benelux workplace interiors community in a dynamic exploration of the future of experiential workspaces.

Workspace Design Talks: A Glimpse into the Future

The Workspace Design Talks will host 13 panel discussions and over 50 leading speakers. Renowned firms such as UNStudio, D/DOCK, Booking.com, EDGE, MVRDV, Turner & Townsend, KAAN Architecten, CBRE Design Collective, Miro, Cushman & Wakefield, and many others will be there to share their insights.

CBRE created Square One, a stage design commissioned by Workbrands to host the Workspace Design Talks. As an epicenter of design democracy, CBRE designed the space as a backdrop for many different discussions on workplace strategy, culture and design, inspired by the ancient city square in Greece, the Agora. In order to align seamlessly with Workbrands’ mission and operational approach, they challenged CBRE to design the entire setup in a circular manner.

This direction reflects their dedication to hosting a lounge that contributes to a sustainable future. To minimize the carbon footprint, the featured elements will be re-used after the show. The furniture, sourced by Workbrands, has been recovered from the current market and reupholstered to have a new life during and after the show.

Occupiers Forum: Illuminating Workplace Transformation

The Occupiers Forum will feature over 40 speakers across 12 interactive panel discussions, exploring how some of the Benelux leading companies are creating and engaging and experiential workplace environment for their employees.  Attendees can listen to insights from EY, Microsoft, Philips, AG Insurance, Rabobank, UCB, ING, Ericsson, RVO, Campari, De Brauw, Vandebron, Splunk and others.

In an era of evolving workplace dynamics driven by remote work and hybrid solutions, the Occupiers Forum, designed by Hollandse Nieuwe and sponsored by Dum and Interface, takes centre stage. The Zero-sum design of the stand mirrors sustainability and circularity, showcasing the commitment to responsible design practices.

The Occupiers Forum is designed by Hollandse Nieuwe, sponsored by DUM, Woven Image and Interface, to create an immersive experience, fostering dialogue and exploration around the evolving nature of work environments. It serves as a testament to the importance of reimagining the workplace and embracing new possibilities.

The design of the Occupiers Forum at the Workspace Design Show in Amsterdam centers around the concept of the modern workplace. The design itself draws inspiration from the simplicity of billboards, a versatile communication tool capable of engaging the entire venue, and with the potential to communicate in different ways. The bold design of the space is simultaneously thought-provoking and welcoming.

Networking and Celebration

Attendees can anticipate networking opportunities aplenty, including the Workspace Design Show Networking Party on the evening of 11 October. The event’s vibrant atmosphere will be complemented by a captivating bar designed by Power Plant, offering a space for relaxation, conversations, and exploration.
