All of the event information can now be found on the Workspace Design Show Amsterdam Mobile App, available both on Apple Store and Google Play Store.
You will need a login key to begin using the App. The login key can be sent only to those who have registered to attend the event and will be shared via email to the registered email address. If you have registered and haven’t received a login key, please email marketing@workspaceshow.co.uk.
How to use the App
Download the Workspace Design Show Amsterdam Mobile App on your smartphone from either the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Login using your unique login key provided in this email above.
You will see the welcome screen. Click ‘Let’s Go’.
The menu will open up, that includes the agenda, list of speakers, exhibitors, partners and features, floorplan and event and venue information.
The agenda is organised by the two conferences taking place, Workspace Design Talks and Occupiers Forum.
Workspace Design Talks is signified with a black circle containing a W, and Occupiers Forum with a yellow circle and an O.
You can tap the + sign to add sessions you are interested to attend to your agenda. You can also click each session to view more information about the chairperson and panellists.
You can also filter your view by clicking ‘filter by stream > click stream, and then select either conference to only view those conference sessions.
The full list of speakers can be viewed as well under the Speakers tab.
You can click on each speaker to view more information about the speaker and which sessions they are speaking at.
The full list of exhibitors and media partners are listed under the Exhibitors and Partners tab.
You can click on each exhibitor to view the stand number, and request for more information.
You can also view the full list of features under the ‘Features’ tab.
The ‘About’ tab provides information about the event and answers to frequently asked questions, including parking information, how to access the venue, luggage storage, venue internet etc.
The ‘Floorplan’ tab gives you a bird’s eye view of the event map, locations of all the exhibitors, features, entrance etc.
The ‘Venue’ tab provides detailed information on how to get to the venue via train, metro or taxi. Fare estimates are also provided so you can plan your trip properly in advance.
