Suzanne Kwakkernaat

With a background in Hospitality and HR, Suzanne stepped into the legal services world in 2009. Today, Suzanne Kwakkernaat leads the business support, hospitality and facilities teams at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, a leading international law firm.

In this role, Suzanne is responsible for the relocation of De Brauw’s headquarters. Around 700 workplaces will move from the iconic Zuidas building “The Rock” to the brand new Tripolis-Park campus. Tripolis-Park is designed to better fit the current workplace dynamics of the law firm – having more collaborative workspaces and attaining to high standards for employee wellbeing. At the same time, the design considers the need for lawyers to have a quiet space where they can concentrate.
