Roberto Mariani
Senior Project Director at ACPV Architects
Roberto Mariani is an Italian architect, and senior project director of Milan-based architecture and interior design practice ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.
After graduating in architecture from the Sapienza University of Rome in 2004, he began working with the firm in 2008. In 2011, he followed the redevelopment project of Palazzo Turati in Milan, the seat of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi.
More recently, with the adaptive redevelopment of the State Mint and Polygraphic Institute historic building in Rome, he designed new office spaces for Italian energy company Enel. By analyzing the new principles and trends of agile work that emerged over the global pandemic, his team identified new strategies to define office spaces, developing the concept of BaaC (Building-as-a-City).
