Pieter van der Laan (Business Administration and Public Relations) is an agile workplace strategist and behavioural & change expert. As a workplace Strategist with over 25years of experience he develops, tests, and implements leading edge workplace strategies by using the design process as an agent of change. For numerous international clients such as Aon, Aegon, DSM and Thales he has created leading edge workplace solutions.

As a behavioural & change expert he develops tailored change platforms to make sure that the irrational but predictable aspects of change, attitude & behaviour are intertwined in the holistic approach of new ways of working. He is keen in working with business leaders in defining and envisioning their future way of working and manage comprehensive programs to rollout the intended changes successfully. Pieter is an active speaker on numerous (international) conferences on the complexity of future way working such as how to lead teams in a hybrid fashion.
