Natalie Hofman

International Adviser at Facility Management Netherlands

Natalie Hofman is a 52-year-old professional residing in the Netherlands, with an extensive background in management and executive roles within the FM and RE domains. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience both from the client’s perspective and that of market parties. Natalie has been actively involved in pioneering developments in the field of FM for more than 25 years, including PPP developments, sustainability initiatives aligned with the SDGs, and the evolution of facility to management organizations.

Currently, Natalie holds the position of Lead Technical Department & Security at TenneT, a high voltage energy company. Her responsibilities include establishing a management organization and overseeing the outsourcing of technical services using the RCM methodology. Additionally, she is a key member of the steering committee for a new construction project in Germany. In this role, Natalie contributes at a strategic level, focusing on the development of the technical organization and maintenance processes.

Between 2014 and 2020, Natalie served as the Chairman of FMN, the professional facility management association in the Netherlands. Even now, she remains actively engaged with FMN, serving as a Project Lead. She collaborates with IFMA to organize the largest European facility management event, World Workplace Europe, for the fifth time. Notably, in February 2023, she assumed the Chair position at EuroFM, the European facility management network.

Known for her passion and dedication to her work, Natalie is a highly regarded facility management professional in her field. She excels at motivating others and enjoys the challenge of building new connections with individuals and companies. Forward-looking and unafraid of taking on challenges, she maintains a holistic perspective on projects, while also delving into the finer details when necessary.
