Jan Nieuweboer

Jan Nieuweboer currently is the lead expert on Future of Work at Rabobank. In his role as an HR Innovation Manager, he is both a researcher, evangelist, project manager, and advisor on the impact of current and future developments on work.

In his 30-year career in international consulting, and working for government and for-profit organisations, he has always been working in the cross-section between humans and technology. Recently, he was in charge of the research conducted at Rabobank on hybrid working, which has led to a decision from the Management Board to go full steam ahead on the hybrid working model in the bank.
