Dennis joined Turner & Townsend as an assistant cost manager in 2016 and has since grown into the role of Head of Real Estate, leading a team of over 75 project- and cost management professionals spread over a great variety of clients and projects throughout the Benelux region. Being a cost manager by trade, Dennis safeguarded his clients’ financial position in the realisation of their hotels, offices and other real estate developments. Providing clients with cost and commercial management services through every project, phase or scale- enabling them to make well-informed decisions in the realisation of their assets, has been the best part of being a cost manager at Turner & Townsend.
Now, leading a team, daily highlights are around building and growing the team, winning work, quality delivery and, most important, bringing out the best in everyone.
