Arjan de Roos is a Workplace Management professional, specialised in hybrid working environments. 

After 25 years working in corporate organisations Arjan is still eager to learn with his own vision and always with one goal in mind: playing Champions League in Workplace Management. In his work he is often seen as a ‘go-to person’: At Rabobank he drives a high performing project team to realise game changing hybrid work environments for more than 25.000 Rabobank employees in the Netherlands. He distinguishes hisself by his integral approach and execution power:
