The Ahrend Qabin Collection offers a choice of different acoustic boxes, for between one and six people. This means there is always a box that fits your office environment.
Modular and ergonomic
The boxes are modular in design, making them easy to repair or adjust by our fitters. Should your needs change in the future, a Qabin Chat, for instance, can easily be expanded into a Qabin Meet. The interior can also be easily adapted. All acoustic boxes from this series are ergonomically designed, have ISO-certified sound insulation and a unique ventilation system for healthy and comfortable working.

- Qabin Chat, the roomier box that enables solo work as well as collaboration and consultation;
- Qabin Meet, which is ideal for undisturbed collaboration and (online) meetings in small groups of up to four people;
- Qabin Meet XL, the big brother of the Qabin Meet for groups of up to six people.

Working in a way that is healthy and comfortable
Anyone who enters an Ahrend Qabin immediately experiences peace and quiet. Research shows that the boxes score well on air quality and thermal indoor climate. This means that employees can spend longer in them. In addition, the Ahrend Qabin encourages an active working posture by enabling employees to work either sitting or standing. This way they keep moving. This makes the boxes ergonomic workstations that support healthy and comfortable working.

Move with ease
With the Ahrend Qabin Collection, organisations remain flexible in the design of their office environment. The modular nature of Qabins makes them ideal for expanding, moving with, and adapting to changes in organisations. Moreover, Qabins contribute to diversity. They support different types of work, e.g. completing a task alone in a focused way, consulting in pairs or doing agile small-committee work. And they ensure that all types of people have a place to work in the way that suits them best.
Suitable for your work environment
Within the Ahrend Qabin Collection, fabrics, colors (six) and accessories can be combined to your heart’s content. This way you create an acoustic box that is not only functional but also fits perfectly with the environment. Every line in the Ahrend Qabin has a function. Lighting, accessories or a desktop can be fitted into the spaces between the panels. This introduces an element of calm to the design. To create a sense of privacy, there is a choice of comfortable and cosy extras: adjustable privacy glass, wooden slats and net curtains. With handy accessories such as a whiteboard, a monitor arm or holder, wall shelves and video conference tools, you complete the Qabin.
