Thierry Somers

Thierry Somers is the editor of Nook, an interior architecture magazine published by BNi. Nook seeks to continue to inspire interior architects and expand their horizons. Therefore, we not only interview leading (interior) architects, such as Elizabeth Diller, Patrik Schumacher, Kjetil Thorsen of Snøhetta, Martin Brudnizki, Kengo Kuma, Sou Fujimoto, Oki Sato of Nendo, but also digital artists, video game designers, philosophers and curators.

Thierry has been the editor and art director of many magazines in the art and design industry. In 2006, he founded his own publication; 200% – a bookazine that writes about the lengths to which artists go for their art for which he interviewed Marina Abramovic, Ole Scheeren, Anish Kapoor, Gilbert & George, Es Devlin, Laurie Anderson, and Luc Tuymans.
