Kofi Oppong, Founder of Urban MBA, has a drive and determination to inspire the next generation of leaders. He strongly believes that everyone is capable of anything, as long as they put in the time and show dedication.

Based on this belief, he created Urban MBA to guide people to ensure they have the best possible information to run a successful business. Urban MBA is described as the University for Street Entrepreneurs, where learned experience is taught to ensure that the students are ready for when they step into the industry.

Kofi uses his 20 years of lived experience in the corporate sector as guidance for his courses. He has a wide range of expertise like project management and brand director. This has given him the experience needed to create Urban MBA as a charity that empowers young people and those looking for a career change to start up their own business.

Through this he also teaches his students that they should not fear technology. Urban MBA is turning into a tech education company. Urban MBA is focused on people development with entrepreneurial global application and the latest technologies to deliver education utilising new mediums.

So far Urban MBA has cultivated over 60 young entrepreneurs. More than 300 students have participated in either the 12-weeks or 6-week enterprise programmes at Urban MBA.
