With a background in residential real estate and interior design, I have successfully managed my own small interior design company for the past eight years. For the last six years, I have been thriving at Wise as the Global Workplace Projects Lead. In this role, I have spearheaded the delivery of three major office projects in London, Tallinn, and Singapore within the first 4 months of 202, in addition to a handful of smaller global expansions. My primary focus has been on supporting and developing our team while overseeing the creation of 22,000m² of office space in Tallinn from the ground up. This project was particularly rewarding as it aimed to create an inclusive workspace that supports Wise’s fast growth, inspires our team, and attracts top talent. My dual expertise in design and project management allows me to blend functionality with aesthetics, ensuring that our workspaces are not only efficient but also engaging and welcoming.
