Lola is the Design Leader for EY@Work (EY’s Global Workplace transformation program) projects. Within the Real Estate Services team she works with suppliers, architects, stakeholders and the Design & Projects Global Center of Excellence to define and ensure adherence to EY Workplace Design Standards and successful projects implementations that reflect EY´s unique culture and commitment to their people. Her main focus areas are workplace strategy ,interior design principles, commodities management, wellbeing, sustainability and inclusive design.
