Ann Troch

Ann is Head of Global Facilities Management and Real Estate for UCB, a pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Belgium. She has a career in facilities management for over 25 years in different businesses such as Telecom, Automotive, Pharma, FMCG, etc.  She has been Member of the Board at IFMA in Belgium and is still an active member in Belfa and IFMA Belgium. The physical workplace as well as soft services to support the office experience has been and is still a key interest. Currently supporting the real estate vision with data and in depth management reviews to define the future.
