Zain Naqvi

As Head of Design Delivery at JLL/Tétris Netherlands, Zain Naqvi has been leading the creative vision and design strategy of the Dutch team since 2024. In this role, he drives JLL/Tétris’ complete creative output, ensuring every project not only meets high standards but creates spaces that truly resonate with their users.

Zain excels at transforming organizational visions and missions into compelling spatial experiences that bring brand identity to life. He’s passionate about the art of storytelling through design, understanding how thoughtful environments can forge meaningful connections between people and their workspaces, making every space an authentic reflection of company culture.

Prior to joining JLL/Tétris, Zain gathered rich experience across diverse sectors including hospitality, retail, and residential design. This varied background gives him a unique perspective, enabling him to blend insights from different industries and create innovative workspaces that seamlessly integrate organizational identity with fresh design solutions.

Zain studied Master of Interior Architecture from Hogeschool van de Kunsten te Utrecht, where he acquired the tools to tackle complex challenges and learned how systematic approaches combined with artistic execution can strengthen solutions. This solid foundation empowers his creative and analytical approach to contemporary design challenges with both precision and imagination.
