Tom Wallace

With over 15 years of experience in architecture and workplace design, Tom Wallace is a global leader focused on redefining the contact centre environment. As Global Workplace Design Lead at Foundever, he leads the transformation of workplace standards across a 180-site global portfolio, challenging long-held industry assumptions and delivering innovative, human-centered design solutions tailored to the evolving needs of contact center teams. Tom is driving a new vision for how large-scale operational spaces can function—balancing brand, culture, ESG targets, and employee experience to reshape what the contact center of the future looks and feels like. His work moves beyond aesthetics, aligning design with business strategy to improve retention, engagement, and performance at scale. Prior to Foundever, Tom co-founded Remo Workspaces, a remote-first startup focused on hybrid work innovation, and held roles at WeWork during its hypergrowth phase, where he led the design and delivery of complex office projects across Europe. With a background in both commercial and residential architecture, Tom brings a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to workplace innovation that challenges norms and delivers measurable value. He is currently based in Bologna, Italy.
