Sandra Gritti

As Director of Experience Insights, Sandra advises workplace leaders around the globe, uncovering the “that’s it” moments in the employees’ workplace experiences and leading Aéto’s insights team. She joined Aéto as part of the founding team, having previously developed a growing suite of evidence-led consultancy services at Leesman. An architect by trade, she has developed her unique expertise across bricks, bites and behaviour at the intersection of real estate development, workplace design and data insights. Sandra has held senior leadership positions at one of the leading European office developers, EDGE and was responsible for shaping EDGE’s high-performance design strategy around employee wellbeing, sustainability and technology and was director of its proptech daughter EDGE Next.
