Rogier van der Bol

Rogier van der Bol serves as Head of Work Dynamics at JLL Netherlands, where he leads and manages the comprehensive Work Dynamics team across the country. His responsibilities encompass overseeing Strategic Consulting, Project & Development Services, Transaction Management, and Tenant Representation divisions, ensuring integrated service delivery across all workplace solution areas.

Rogier’s expertise centers on strategic real estate consulting and corporate client management. He specializes in managing large global corporate accounts while leading complex assignments for both national and international clients. His comprehensive understanding of workplace dynamics enables him to deliver tailored solutions across diverse industry sectors and organizational needs.

With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, Rogier has developed deep expertise across all facets of commercial real estate services. Throughout his career, he has successfully participated in, led, and overseen a wide range of assignments, building strong relationships with major corporate clients and establishing himself as a trusted advisor in the Dutch commercial real estate market.

Rogier holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and Property Management from Delft University of Technology. This strong academic foundation in both technical construction principles and property management provides him with the comprehensive knowledge base that underpins his successful leadership in the commercial real estate industry.
