Mariana Rodríguez-Beltrán is a trailblazer in the commercial real estate industry, renowned for her strategic leadership and transformative achievements. As a Workplace Strategy and Policy Lead, she has consistently delivered exceptional results, shaping the future of workplaces on a global scale.

Throughout her carrier, Mariana has spearheaded the overhaul of the company’s global workplace strategy. Under her leadership, she managed portfolios of around 80K m2, optimising a €40 million lease budget while simultaneously rolling out a comprehensive governance framework with an annual spend of €42 million. Her initiatives have not only standardised operations across multiple countries but have also significantly enhanced employee satisfaction by integrating data-driven design and user feedback into the workspace planning process.

Mariana has been instrumental in negotiating lease contracts across various countries, ensuring alignment with local stakeholders and business units. One of her standout achievements has been the creation of a foundational workplace strategy for the company’s Activity Based Working model, a shift that has since become a benchmark in modern office environments. Her leadership in launching new service lines focused on change management and diversity, equity, and inclusion has left a lasting legacy in the industry.

She holds a Master of Science in Facility and Real Estate. Mariana is also a certified LEED Green Associate and has completed advanced training in project management and Scrum methodologies.
