Hassan Shaikh

Hassan Shaikh is an accomplished workplace strategist and real estate expert with over 20 years of international experience across the biopharmaceutical, aviation, retail, and design industries. As Senior Manager of Workplace Strategy at Boehringer Ingelheim, he spearheads global initiatives that embed innovation, agility, and sustainability into workplace environments, advancing the company’s mission of fostering employee well-being and inclusion.

Previously, Hassan founded Revolve, a workplace design consultancy known for delivering transformative projects in both the workplace, retail and hospitality sectors. His passion for knowledge-sharing extends into academia, where he has lectured at leading institutions in South Africa on interior design.

With a PhD in Design at the University of Hertfordshire, Hassan’s research focuses on developing inclusive workplace models that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Recognised for his strategic vision and leadership, Hassan is committed to driving innovation and creating human-centric workplace experiences that inspire and empower people in the workplace.
