Responsible for our R&D and office sites in the Netherlands and Belgium.

We recently completed the full renovation and workplace transformation project for our Headquarters in Eindhoven. This initiative got fast-tracked late 2023. The starting point was to execute the project start to finish within 12 months.

One of my proudest achievements is bringing together the right people—those who embrace the value of a ‘one team’ mindset and take pride in their collective success—alongside trusted external partners. Driven by passion, energy, and a strong foundation of knowledge and experience, I’m able to inspire collaboration and successfully lead initiatives in Real Estate, Integrated Facility Management, and Workplace Transformation.

I hold a degree in Facility Management and a master’s in Business Communication and Influence, a combination that uniquely positions me to drive impactful change in my current role at NXP.
