Bart Lugtenberg

Bart Lugtenberg is an experienced HR leader with over 20 years at NXP Semiconductors. Bart is currently responsible for HR strategy and operations across the Netherlands, Belgium, the Nordics and the UK, supporting a diverse workforce of around 3,000 employees.

With a background as a Global HR Business Partner, Bart has led complex organizational transformations, M&A integrations, and international HR programs across 15+ countries. His expertise spans manufacturing, R&D, and corporate environments, and he is accredited in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and Insights Discovery.
